Not I or II or III even, but 'thousands of years' older.
The sixth season of the Gallifrey Audio series served as an apt finale to the whole series. It featured Romana II and Leela, together with their K-9s going up against the Daleks. We got a very special treat in Juliet Landau, who plays a future incarnation of Romana, some thousands of years in her personal timeline. Landau's costume looks awesome and I fully believe that she may be a Time Lady as she doesn't look 48. Come on seriously? She doesn't even look 30. Time clearly has favorites.
It's a pity that the chances of seeing Landau as Romana in the television series is closer to zero than to one, but it is nice to meet another Romana. Note: Landau's incarnation hasn't been given. She is not Romana III or IV or VII. She is just a future incarnation.
But be honest, looking at that woman in that outfit, don't you think Landau would look great on the Twelfth Doctor's arm?
